Signal Integrity offers engineering services in mechanical design  focusing on test cell and engineering characterization tools. Using Solid Works we create a 3D model and simulation of the mechanical tolerances and stack-up for your sockets, test cell hardware, spring contact assembly of other sub assemblies. We specialize in design and manufacture of components at the sub millimeter scale.

For high frequency sockets and signal contacts we can offer simulation services on your design, configuration and board to socket and package interface. We use Ansys HFSS and Simbeor THz to extract socket, contact and board models, supply s-parameter and performance reports. We can supply correlation of simulation S- parameters to VNA measurement as well.
